Description: Bio hydraulic oil HEES 46 is an excellent biodegradable hydraulic oil, based on synthetic ester. Selected additives give the following characteristics: - high and stable viscosity index - excellent anticorrosion ability - very good anticorrosion ability - very good oxidation stability ( also at extreme temperatures) - neutral behaviour of plastic sealing - low pour point - reduces emulsification - fast air separation characteristics - good water separation Specifications: Bio-hydraulic-oil HEES 46 is suitable for heavy-duty hydraulic systems, which work under high pressures and over a wide temperature range. This hydraulic oil has been developed for situations, in which environmental pollution is a consideration and high system temperatures are expected. Completed specifications and tests: DIN 51 524, part 2 (HLP) FZG loss burden degree minimum 12 biodegradability according to CEC-L 33-T82: 90% within 3 weeks
