Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions, whereby the consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this Agreement, we will have you all the payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than the additional costs that may result from using a different type of delivery than the one we offer, the most favorable standard delivery), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract has been received by us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. They also bear the immediate costs of returning non-parceled goods. The cost is estimated at a maximum of about 50 EUR.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the purpose of checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Conditions
1.) Conclusion of contract /delivery
A purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by delivery of the goods or by notification of delivery. An automatic e-mail confirmation that we have received your order does not constitute an order confirmation. Our offers are non-binding and subject to availability in the stock or by the manufacturer; Delivery dates are not binding, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.) General /Scope

3.) Direct debit

In the event of an unauthorized reversal of the credit card transaction, the customer will pay the Charge Back fee of € 25.

Claims for damages arising from the violation of contractual obligations and tort are excluded against Eduard Ruf GmbH (motoruf), unless there is an intentional or grossly negligent breach of a contractual obligation or the life, body and health of a person has been violated accordingly; this exclusion of liability also applies if the damage was caused by a vicarious agent of Eduard Ruf GmbH (motoruf) or by a legal representative. It covers the replacement of indirect damages or consequential damages.
